Here is a quick exersice for you:  without thinking too long or too hard about it, name five things in your life you are grateful for today.  Here is my list:


1.  I'm grateful for another day.

2.  I am grateful for my family.

3.  I am grateful for friends.

4.  I am grateful for all my senses - see, hear, smell, touch, taste.

5.  I am grateful for the ability to read.
